COVID-19 Shipping Notice:

We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days. However, The COVID-19 pandemic has caused staff and flight shortages at many mail processing facilities in the US and around the globe, resulting in increased delivery times. This applies to both domestic and international orders shipped via regular mail (USPS).

Domestic shipments via USPS
As of July 2020, we are seeing regular (1st class) mail delivery times up to 5 days longer than the usual 5-10 days. We ask that you allow 7-14 days and thank you for being a loyal customer.

International shipments via USPS
The postal and customs services in many countries are likewise experiencing delivery delays, which when compounded with domestic delays has resulted in parcels being delayed up to 2-3 weeks.

In addition, postal service to some countries has been temporarily suspended. An up-to-date list of suspended shipping locations can be found here. If you place an order with USPS shipping to a location where delivery is currently unavailable, you will be contacted by our customer service department with options to refund or suspend your order until mail service resumes.

How the process works

1) We package your order

We receive your order and we immediately put it in queue to be packaged and sent out.  This process takes anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on our volume.

2) We ship your order

Once we've packaged your item safely, we send it out via USPS.  From there, you should receive your package within the amount of business days shown at checkout at the latest.

3) You receive your order

Voila! You receive your amazing order from us, safe and sound!
