It's perfectly okay to want a refund, but there are some rules to our policy that we wanted to outline for you to make it clear on our services and what you're purchasing. We've outlined our policy below:
If you'd like to return an item you can do so as long as it's within 14 days of your package being marked delivered. You can start a return request by emailing us at email@example.com
In order to return an item the product must be still in the original wrapping, unopened and undamaged. We will NOT accept items that have customer inflicted damage.
All returns must be mailed back to us at the customer's expense unless approved otherwise. Once we receive the item and properly inspect it, we'll process your refund immediately as long as the item is not damaged or scratched.

We do not accept refunds on SALE products.
Once we've concluded a refund we will refund your entire order price. You'll receive a confirmation email once it is complete.
For standard credit card purchases, you'll receive a refund within 3-5 business days.
